DEAR GOD: THANK YOU FOR SHOWING US THE WAY

I have been thinking again and that is always a mistake.  But I started wondering about all the liberal demands upon our time and money. I think I probably heard something on one of the talk shows about how the proposed budget by the Republicans – which I am all for by the way – would take money out of the coffers that pays  for some of the free stuff that those liberals want.

I think  I remember that God said in the Ten Commandments ‘ Thou Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighbors Goods’.  Now, as usual, maybe I am wrong, but isn’t that exactly what those liberals are trying to do – covet our goods? Aren’t they actually asking for what belongs to us?  I think God also says somewhere that He helps those who help themselves.  So, to me, that is the final answer to everything.  Those liberals can get out there and help themselves and then they can also learn that God will  help them.

I heard someone say recently that they felt sorry for all those street people and all those in the Occupy movement.  I find that ridiculous.  I am all for helping those who definitely cannot help themselves.  But for those who can help themselves, they need to get a job and start now to take care of themselves.

My husband and I got up every morning of our lives around 5.  We got ready for the day by bathing, combing our hair. brushing our teeth, and dressing for the occasion of another work day.   Then we worked throughout the day and finally finished up sometime around 11 at night.  That is how we accumulated enough money to pay for rent, groceries, utilities, and clothing.  And that is how we afforded to raise all those numerous children that God gave to us.

That is what we thought was expected of us every day in our lives.  Isn’t that what we were taught in our growing up years?  Didn’t our parents do exactly that in their lives, too?  Mine sure did.  And they taught me well.  If I found myself out of a job at any time, then I immediately knew to clean up, dress up, go to the employment agency and get another job.  I was never out of work very long.  My husband got into sales by doing exactly that.  I typed until my fingers were nubs, but this was o.k.  We were progressing.  We were living our lives the way we thought we should.

And we were never asking anyone for anything.  We were responsible for our own lives.  No one needed to feel sorry for us.  We tried and learned and tried again.  Such is life in the fast lane you know.

So once again, I give thanks to my God for everything in my life and always for showing us the way to live a good, honest, decent life.

FEDERAL RESERVE AGAIN

Since I brought up the subject of the Federal Reserve and their terrible plans for all of us, thought I would continue with that just a bit.  People usually do not pay too much attention to whatever the Federal Reserve is doing because they don’t think it applies to them directly.  But it really does.  You just have to get used to the terminology and read between the lines like you have to do on everything these days.

We live in a Capitalistic Country.  Thank Heavens for that!  But – and this is a big but – if you take the capital out of the system, then you slowly but surely destroy the system by just simply starving it to death.  It is a long, drawn out death, but it will definitely occur unless something is done to stop it.l

Our administration such as it is these days is backing the Federal Reserve System while it does just this.  If you have no monetary interest being paid on money that is loaned out, then you stop the system from loaning – over time.  As I said, this takes a long time, but after awhile, no one pays any attention until all the Capitalistic System is gone.  What comes next. Have you ever even thought of that?  Remember the countries in Europe when they had no money at all?  I do.  I remember when they had to rely on us for their very existence.  But we were doing well since we had administrations that understood all of that and could control their actions.  Remember we could all go to the bank and buy a C.D.  And we made a little bit of interest.  This is what most people aimed to do as they got older and saved their money.  This was called their nest egg.  No interest on nest eggs any more.

Nowadays, the Federal Reserve says they pay no interest to keep inflation down. Well, as I said previously, just take a look at the prices that are slowly but surely creeping upwards on everything you buy.  Not in great amounts at once as it did under Jimmy Carter, but those prices are beginning to take a toll on everyone.  Clothing costs just a dab more.  Schools have raised their tuitions just a dab.  Groceries are inching up every week.  Gasoline is over the top already.  And everyone these days has at least one car and some have more than that.  And they cannot drive much because the gasoline is so high.  Oh, My!  Could that be the start of telling us where we can go and how we can get there?  Pay attention to your freedoms to go and come as you please.

If the people in the Country cannot invest and make a little interest on their investment, then there will b e no investment.  Period.  End of that subject.  People will just hold onto the money they have and sit it out.  This means the Country will eventually come to a standstill.  Who are you reading about that is investing now.  Why, it is our Government.  They are the ones who are going to build the new roads.  They are the one with the stimulus cash.  They are the ones who are in charge.  Watch that!  They are in charge?  Why?  Usually, it would be up to the local people to invest in their own issues, schools, roads, etc.  Not now.  All the money comes through the Government. And remember, you are the Government and you are the one who is going to pay those taxes forever and ever to pay for whatever the Government chooses to spend your money on. Only you don’t have anything to say about it.

Please pay attention this year.  And don’t vote for anymore dishonest politicians.  Study up on each of them and find out exactly where they stand.  If they are not honest and above board on everything, then find someone else to vote for.   And by all means, Vote Republican!  It is very important this time around.  After this time, you may never get the opportunity again.  Just look at the disasters of the last few years and remember what can happen in the next four years.

Vote Republican!!!!

DEAR GOD: ONCE AGAIN ON ABORTION

Again, I ask, Why Abortion?  Why kill the innocent babies who cannot possibly defend themselves.  It just all seems ridiculous to me.  And yet, we are all a part of this horror.  We pay taxes every day of course – those of us who do.  And our money is given to those free clinics that perform these horrible abortions.  So, without realizing it, we are all a part of this terrible affront to Almighty God.  And we have no say in the matter.

Now, with the recent  uproar over birth control, I quite  definitely do not care if that young woman who testified before all the world that she needed her birth control pills paid for by the government has her pills paid for or not.   If she attends college, she is not destitute, so I really don’t know of any reason why she should need a handout for anything.  But that is her business.  And I couldn’t care less about her moral stature.  That, also is her business.  Certainly none of mine.

In this world of today, anything seems to go.  So I do not judge anyone for anything.  Have enough trouble keeping my head on straight some days, so don’t need to take on anyone else’s life.  When I meet my God some day, I want to be as clean as I can possibly be.  I want to be welcomed with open arms.  And for that reason, I try to live a good, clean, decent life.

I hope and I pray that this Democrat administration will be defeated when we all vote.  I hope and I pray to Almighty God that we can get back on a moral path like we used to be years and years ago.  Before all these weird and strange rules became our way of life.  Life used to be revered.  Now it is a joke.  Morals used to be something to be attained.  Now, they are another bad joke.  Anything goes.  Live any way you please.  That is the motto of  today’s  world.   At least that is what is reported on the news everywhere.

But that is not necessarily  true..  I know a lot of young people who live very good, decent lives.  They strive to be good citizens and want to have nice families and good marriages.  They still believe marriage is a one time man and woman relationship.  They still believe in having babies and taking care to raise them with good morals.  They still go to Church and believe in Almighty God.  They still are the backbone of this country.

Don’t let the media confuse you and make you think that everyone is out to lie or steal or live an indecent life.  That is simply not true.  There are a lot of very good people out here in this country.  And they hope to vote for  Republicans in November.  Hope you will, too.

DEAR GOD: THANK YOU FOR SHOWING US THE WAY TO FOLLOW

I don’t know if anyone else pays much attention to the details of politics.  But I do.  Guess it was handed down to me by my father as he was always very interested in politics.

But to get to my point for the day, do you remember the debates between President George H.W. Bush and Clinton?  I do.  Prior to this time, the Democrats had mastered the issue of Gridlock.  They had locked up the Congress so that President Bush could not get any of his agenda through to the people.  No matter what the issue was, Bush was stopped.  He could not manage to get any of his ideas nor his bills nor his programs through Congress.  So he spent the last years in office trying to get some of his ideas passed through Congress and was stopped on every front.  The only thing that went through was an increase in taxes.  And that made him look stupid because he had said – No New Taxes.  But he couldn’t get any cuts through, so he was stuck with the taxes. Then the media set out to make him look like an idiot. No matter what he said or did, they slanted the stories to make him look stupid.

And then, those wonderful debates. I remember watching one of them for sure.  The stage hands brought out a high stool for George Bush to sit on and one for Clinton.  Both men are tall and the stools were going to work fine for them.  Then Clinton sat down and everything was just fine with his stool.  But when President Bush sat down on his stool, it wobbled quite a lot.  The stage hands came out again and tried to fix the wobble.  But you know what?  Couldn’t be done.  Wonder why. And so once again, he was made to look like a fool while he tried to balance himself on that wobbly stool and answer the questions he was asked.  Try that for yourself sometime.  But again, no one in the country seemed to even notice that.  And the media never even mentioned it.  Isn’t that strange though.  I was sitting in my living room watching the debate and I saw it all.  But I must have been the only person to notice that small issue.

Also, did you know why the election was called and over before California ever got to vote?  It was because Clinton  and his colleagues figured out that if they got the right number of electoral votes from the states that voted first, he would win before the other states even got to the polls.  So they set out to do just that.  No one could really understand why Clinton spent so much time campaigning in the northeast, speaking to the factory workers and generally making himself known over and over again.  The media never mentioned the reason for this.   It was almost like the western part of the United States wasn’t even important – and you know what?  It wasn’t.  Because Clinton  and his friends had figured out how to do this legally but just a little  bit shady.  That was their usual format anyway.  And they did a good job of it.  But they were the first ones over all these many years since the foundation of the United States of America to take that road and be masters of a shady election.   Isn’t that a real shame, though.  But it happened and we all watched while it  happened.

Again, for some reason, none of the shady, slight of hand things were ever reported by the media.  But the Democrats knew what they were doing.  And they won again and again with their shady deals.  Watch out this year.  There will be even more of those shady deals.  Be careful with your vote and make sure it counts to elect people who are not shady nor underhanded in their dealings whether it be on the local, state or national level.

God has shown us the way to walk in order to follow Him.  Be careful when you walk this year.  Make sure you stay on that Right Path.

 

IMPORTANT PAPERS – LOST AGAIN

Right after Christmas, a lady ordered 6 of my wonderful books.  I put them in a box, labeled them and rushed to the UPS Store to mail.  I came home, put the receipt for the mailing in my drawer and went on about my business.  Well, this week, she wrote and asked if I had ever gotten the order.  I looked up the receipt and explained when I had mailed them and they should have arrived.  She wrote back that perhaps they were under the 3 feet of snow on her front porch and she would look later.   She would let me know.

Today, I sat down at the computer to put the tracking numbers in so I could make sure the books were delivered.  And guess what – - – I could not find that dumb, stupid receipt.  I have looked everywhere.  I am working on taxes right now so it could be in that pile – over there.  Or, it could be in the pile of blogs I intend to write sometime when I get around to it – that one over here.  OR  it could be on my desk along with that other pile of important papers that I am going to take care of just as soon as I get through with the tax papers and the blogs I am going to write some day.  OR  it could have been shredded up last night when I was catching up on all the shredding I needed to have done right after Christmas.  OR  it could  be over there with all those coupons that I am going to look at just as soon as I get through with these other piles -= you know, the ones right here.  OR it could have been mailed to someone, somewhere, when I wrote those checks the other day and put them in envelopes and mailed them out.  Sure makes you wonder sometimes.  Wonder who might get it, I mean.

I just cannot imagine where that stupid, dumb, idiotic receipt has gone to.  Maybe it just walked away.  You know, when we are not looking sometimes, those papers do just walk away.  I have known that to happen now and then, well you know, frequently.  Now and then.  I remember that happening sometimes.

Meanwhile, I think I will go fix a cup of tea and have a cookie and try and try to remember what I was doing last night when that dumb, dUmB  DUMB paper walked away.  Probably have to send those books again.  Wait and see.  Maybe that idiotic paper will walk right back up before then.  Or I might get it in the mail from someone that I accidently sent it to.  That would be exciting.  Something to look forward to besides those taxes and those other things in that pile – you know, the one right over there.

FROM THE TOP DOWN

I have so much trouble accepting the fact that no one seems to  understand what is going on in our country today.  It is being destroyed right in front of you and no one seems to know why.  Sure, employment is down.  Sure, money is tight.  What could you possibly expect.  Also, the rhetoric about the greedy American and the terrible, terrible big businesses.   All this is being generated to work your mind and make you think everything and everybody here is just absolutely awful.  This is not true at all and this is not the reason why we have economy problems.

The truth of the matter is quite simple.  And you don’t have to be a math whiz to understand it.  But today, a lot of high school graduates can hardly write their name much less handle a checking account.  And they don’t realize that people have to make money in order to have money to spend.  Simple facts.

The Federal Reserve or whoever it might be that really handles the money issues in Washington decide how much interest will be paid on money invested and they set the standards for all the country.  So, they decide not to pay any interest on borrowed money, then no one makes any interest on borrowed money.  This doesn’t bother a lot of people but it stops the growth of the country.

The way it works is like this – If no money is paid out in interest on investments, then investments dry up.  That is answer #1

Then everyone has to come to a screeching halt because there is no investment, no money to work with on building of any kind.  This includes building of municipal projects, schools, roads, hospitals, almost any large projects that you can think of.

So the money is now dried up.  No investments, no money to work with.  Everything and I do mean everything stops.  That is answer #2

This means that no building is being done, no improvements anywhere so this results in layoffs and the people in the know blame this on everything from greedy Americans to big business because they are not ‘sharing’ their profits.  No one can make any profit either. There is absolutely and positively nothing going on anywhere.  That is answer #3.

So, you see, the answer to the big problems have to come from the top down, not from the bottom up.  You don’t put the whole country back to work by providing another big loan to a bank or to a car manufacturer.  You just simply pay more interest on money and then money starts to flow around and this is turn results in jobs being done and people going back to work.  It is very simple to understand, but most people have never heard this side of the story.

Look around in your town and see what is being built today.  Are new houses being built the same as before?  Are streets being fixed as before?  Are schools being repaired and enlarged or whatever is necessary in your town?  Or is everything at a standstill while we blame someone else besides the politicians and the money people in Washington.

If they raise the interest rate on investments even one point, you would see money begin to be invested once again.  But one point would not be enough to overcome this standstill.  If they raised it possibly 3 points, then things would begin to move even more.  This is not inflation.  This is simple business practices.  That money must be invested.  Bonds must be bought in order to finance improvements of any kind.  But the investor will NOT – I repeat will NOT – invest when he cannot make any money on his investment.  Simple math.  All those in the financial know know this.  They are working this in order to destroy our standard of living in this country.

Listen and learn.  And demand that something be done at the top.  Now!  Before we get any further in debt in this wonderful country.  Before this wonderful country is destroyed.

Wake up America!  Before it is too late.

DEMOCRATS!!!!

I don’t claim to know a lot about history except what I have lived through.  Those Democrats have about ruined us as a country for the last 50 years.  FDR started the Social Security of course.  At that time, everyone was supposed to be dead before they collected.  Most of know that by now.  At that time, all Social Security payments were completely free from all sorts of taxation and anything else that would deplete their intent.    Jack Kennedy didn’t have time to do much in his tenure in the White House.  But then Lyndon Johnson made up for any lost time.  He completely destroyed just about everything that was the true U.S.A.   He and his Democrat buddies in Congress together gave the store away.  I can see him now telling the country how wonderful he was with his Great Society program.  He had all the answers except one – who would pay the bills for all his giveaways.  Well, of course you know the answer to that one by now.  WE are paying the price every day in all that we do and in all those taxes we are paying and paying and paying and have been paying for a long, long time and will pay for an even longer time.

And then Jimmy Carter came along and added even more stupid programs to those that were already there.  The Dept. of Energy is his crowning achievement though.  We are paying for that  fiasco every single day, too.

And then Bill Clinton came along and he has done even more damage.  When he was Governor in Arkansas, he raised taxes 148 times.  But the media didn’t tell anyone about that one.  They wanted their darling Bill to be elected and he was.  Just get the American media on your side and you can get by with anything.  As long as there is a story there and they can bring in all their people and equipment and make a big deal out of it.

On the Republican side, I can’t say a lot good about Eisenhower.  He really wasn’t cut out to be president.  He was a good guy, I’m sure, and liked to play golf a lot, but that was about it.    George Bush was a great president.  But he was a victim of those funny Democrats.  They refused to pass any of is legislation so we had gridlock over and over again.  And the Democrats just laughed up their sleeves.  Had put one over on the American public once again.  Ha Ha.  So funny.

Then when George W. came along, they did the same thing to him.  And are still doing it every day when they can get the media to print something else.  But the Democrats and the media were all laughing so hard and that was all that mattered.  To heck with the taxpayer.  To heck with the government.  None of that mattered.  It was the gotcha’ atmosphere once again.

Pay attention when it comes time to vote once again.  Do not listen to the media.  Study the issues yourself.  Make up your own mind.  Then vote.  But by all means, vote.  I said earlier I think only those with a job should be allowed to cast a vote.  That would be too hard to enforce since there are so many tricks to the trade these days.  Maybe if only honest people could vote.  Wonder how that would work.   Oh well, something will come along to straighten out this horrible mess.  Always does.

STUFF

Well, I don’t know about you but I am sick and tired of all this STUFF going on everywhere. The national debt is just plumb disgusting.  When you think that all those people who have never been born yet having to pay off all this stilly STUFF  that these politicians have thought up just makes you sick.  And don’t think it is primarily because of the Republicans because it most certainly is not.  Those Democrats have about ruined all of us.

The so-called housing crisis started under Bill Clinton because he and his bunch lowered the rules for buying a house in order to get more of those so-called poor into housing.  Well, I’m sure that was a good thought but just look at the mess it has created.  And George Bush didn’t do anything to stop any of it either.  And then this Obama has made it far, far worse all the time.  And now the whole country is in debt up to its neck.  Stupid STUFF!!!

And now they tell us that gas prices and food prices HAVE to rise because it costs more to ship STUFF!  Well, that’s a hoot if I ever heard one.  Obviously, we have oil running out our ears around here and yet we are buying from people across the world and being told we need to not be so dependent on foreign oil.  The way I see it is God put that oil under this land for us to use so how come we aren’t using any of it.  Ridiculous STUFF!  absolutely ridiculous.

A man stopped me at a gas station one day and asked me if I felt guilty about driving a big car.   I said I most certainly did not.  Why should I.  I enjoy driving it and have been driving that sort of car for years and years and years.  He was a so-called green person and was driving an old clunker – which uses more oil and gas – and pulling a trailer – which uses more oil and gas.  More STUFF!  ridiculous STUFF!   Electric cars?  Had them in the 1930′s and 40′s.  As long as you only wanted to go around the block, they were a lot of fun.  Not for me.  Not for most people.

And why should our food prices rise.  We have enough food here in this country that we ship it overseas regularly in order to feed all those hungry people we see in the pictures and on the television.  So why should we be paying more for our food here.  Doesn’t make much sense to me.  Just more STUFF!  stupid STUFF!  In the first place, we have farmer’s markets all over the country.  Why are we shipping food in from everywhere else.  Mexican tomatoes that had food poisoning a couple of years ago.  Why not buy the local STUFF! Even Wal-Mart pushes the local STUFF!  So buy that.

Seems to me that one solution to all our problems would be to make it mandatory that a person  have a job before they can vote.  Used to be back when, a person had to own property in order to vote.  Now everyone votes, even those who have no idea what or who they are voting for.  Just follow the crowd.  Plug into the internet and do whatever you are told.   If they cart you to the polls, you vote for them.  If they provide a meal, vote for them.  Whatever works.   And now we have people everywhere who do not work, live on the handout, and vote for administrations who think that is the way  everyone should live.  So maybe if everyone had to have a viable job before they voted, it might solve some of these problems with STUFF and more STUFF and more STUFF!

 

WISCONSIN UNIONS

I have watched with much interest the demonstrations in Wisconsin.  Isn’t this ridiculous.  Reminds me of the hippy movement of the 60′s where everyone ran around protesting something.  Most didn’t even know what it was they were protesting.  They were just having a party.  Walking the highways, hitching everywhere, running in groups here and there.  Demonstrating as long as there was free food, music, and sometimes a bonfire.  Sheer morality no doubt!

Wisconsin looks almost the same to me today.  Everyone out screaming, shouting, a bonfire or two, and a big, big party.  Everyone is off work, not bothering to teach, and the senators have even left the state in order not to do their job.  Isn’t this the same scenario?  Sounds like it to me.  And I notice today that they are camping out in the state capitol although they have been asked to leave so the building could be cleaned.  Sounds like  hippy time to me.  They did the same things.  And I don’t know about you, but once around that block was quite enough for me.  Time to grow up, shut up, and get on with your job.

Democrats are spending money they do not have.  Republicans are saying that we don’t have the money to spend so you cannot spend what you do not have.  And the crowd is hollering ‘hell no!’  Makes sense to me.  Maybe all these people who are demonstrating can use their credit cards to pay Wisconsin’s bills with.  Why are they not willing to pay their fair share of insurance coverage and pensions.  Most people in this country do.  What makes them so different.

Oh, I forgot, it is their Union.  I know just a little bit about unions and their problems.  My father was a die-hard union man from the time I was born.  He never allowed anything to be bought or used in our home unless it had a union label on it.  As he got older, he became ever more union man.  Everything the union did was wonderful to him.  Yessir!  He supported them all the way every day.  He became the president of his particular union and that made him even more union oriented.  I went to many a union get together.  And there was always lots of rhetoric about how wonderful the union was for the working man.  My father was proud to say he was one of those working men.  

In his particular union, they had a retirement home out west.  All the men contributed some of their wages to this home because some day they were going to live there, sit on the porch, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.  My parents even drove out to see this wonderful place.  And as president of his union, my father promoted this retirement home and urged the men to donate to it over and over again.  Of course I’m sure they probably had to donate.  Most unions make sure of that.  But each man still had to earn that money before he could donate it.  Wonder how many hours of work their donations took. 

Then the union had a big regional meeting.  My father made lots of speeches.  They showed a film all about this retirement home to all the people there.  And everyone dreamed that retirement dream of going to that wonderful place – because they had all helped pay for it.  One of the big union bosses even came  from up east to attend this regional meeting.  After my father made a talk, this man also made a talk and he, too, promoted this retirement home and all its many benefits and again urged the men to donate their wages to this wonderful place.

Then, later on, I heard some talk that the big bosses from up east had somehow gotten their hands on the money for that retirement home and it wasn’t going to be there anymore.  This really upset my father because he had urged his men to support this with their hard earned money.  And they had because they always followed my father and his union promotions.  

After that, I never heard about the retirement home again.  And I never knew of anyone being punished for taking all that hard earned saved up money either.  

As for Wisconsin.  I think the teachers should pay their fair share of their pensions and health care and get back to work.  The ones who are suffering are the children who are not being taught.  But then, I don’t think any of the teachers have bothered to think about that.  They are too busy shouting and screaming and camping out in the state capitol and probably singing around a campfire somewhere.  Enough!  Get real.  Pay your fair share and get on with your life so everyone else can do the same.  It is time everyone owned up to their individual responsibilities including the teachers in Wisconsin.  

As for the Democratic Senators, what else can you expect.  Just look around at the Democrat’s track record and you will see easily what they are and how they try to monopolize all situations.  Another junior high, yukkity yuk stupid joke.  Wake up.  Smell the flowers.  Get to work and do your job.  It’s past time!

THOSE AMAZING DEMOCRATS

It is constantly amazing to me how those Democrats can take a subject, turn it around and make it into an entirely different story.  Doesn’t have to even resemble the truth either.  They are happy with it regardless.

I was reading a column in my local paper written by a definite Democrat.  First thing he talked about was the fact that the Republicans were going to shut down the government.  Now, it seems to me that the Republicans have offered to work with those Democrats in a fiscally conservative way and the Democrats have refused.  Next item, he says the President and Democrat led Senate have indicated that the cuts are just too much, too fast, and jeopardizes the nation’s upward economic swing.  What upward economic swing.    What difference does it make it the cuts are too much or too fast.  They need to be made.  Sooner the better. 

He then  blames the last administration for the fact that they cut taxes and spent.  If I remember right, the taxes they cut stimulated the economy quite a lot.  Still had plenty of jobs, too.  And then he is blaming the Republicans because they have not created any new jobs yet.  Well, shame on them.  They have been in office about two months and have been haggling with the Democrats the whole time.   This columnist also tells how during the Bush administration, we were forced into high unemployment and a near depression.  Funny, but I don’t remember any of that.  Guess you have to be a Democrat to remember that one. The Democrats still think they are running the whole show and are not going to let the country grow, so here we are, as usual.  You might remember George Bush Sr. asking that the Democrats not maintain gridlock.  But they did anyway.  Then they did the same thing to  George W.  and that is why we had the slowdown and near depression we had at the time.  And those Democrats did it all while maintaining their same junior high yukking style, like the country boy putting one over on the city slicker.  Oh, how funny they are!  

And I remember George W. asking for the oil fields to be opened and drilling to begin.  But again, this was stopped before it ever got off the ground.  Democrats won again. Protect that environment even though it costs every American.  You can see that by the oil prices on today’s market.  And on top of that, we were to spend more money on ways to keep our country safe from that imaginary global warming.  Makes sense to me.  Of course it does.  Couldn’t drill in Alaska because of the bears.  Couldn’t drill anywhere else either because they always have a reason.  

And then the Democrat  tirade finishes by talking about the poor who will be deprived if the cuts proposed by the GOP go into effect.  Like the Wisconsin scenario where those who are getting all the perks are screaming on the television sets because their Governor is asking them to make fair concessions.  And I noticed the big signs that say Tax the Rich.    And when those so-called Rich are taxed until they have no more money, who is going to pay the next tax.  Has anyone ever thought about that?  

It is time we had a little common sense in this country.  I have seen these entitlements grow and grow some more over the years.  Ever since the Democrats ruled when the country was going crazy in the early 60′s, we have had nothing but entitlements for everyone for everything.  It is time for people to be responsible for themselves and their own welfare.  Quit paying for everything for everyone.  Time people paid for their own perks.  Time to get back to normal in this country.

Time for the Democrats to quit making up stuff, go to work,  and get on with the real life.  Like the Republicans are trying to do.
